Bookings and Confirmation
A booking is considered requested only after the guest shares the necessary details and agrees to the quotation or package terms. A booking becomes confirmed only after the required advance payment is received and a confirmation is issued.
Pricing and Availability
Prices, hotel options, transport type, ferry schedules, permits, and inclusions are subject to availability and may change before final confirmation. Seasonal demand, supplier inventory, taxes, and route conditions can affect the final trip plan.
Payments and Cancellations
Payment schedules, cancellation charges, and refund terms will follow the package-specific terms shared at the time of booking. Any refund or adjustment depends on supplier rules, timing, and the stage of confirmation.
Travel Documents and Responsibility
Guests are responsible for carrying valid government issued photo identification and any documents required for travel, hotel check-in, permits, or local entry rules. Guests must provide accurate traveller details and notify us in advance of any special needs.
Supplier Services
Hotels, transport operators, ferry services, and activity providers are independent service partners. Delays, cancellations, schedule changes, weather disruptions, road conditions, permit issues, and other operational events may affect the trip and may require changes to the itinerary.
Changes and Force Majeure
Roamix International may make reasonable changes to the itinerary, hotel category, transport arrangement, or sightseeing order when needed for safety, availability, weather, or operational reasons. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events outside reasonable control, including weather, natural calamities, strikes, or government action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the specific service directly purchased from us and confirmed in writing. We are not responsible for indirect loss, loss of profit, or incidental damages.
Intellectual Property
Website text, images, logos, layouts, and design elements belong to Roamix International or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse the content without written permission.
Governing Law
