- Begin your day before sunrise with an unforgettable high-altitude Himalayan adventure organized by Roamix International. After an early morning departure from Lachen, drive through the rugged landscapes of North Sikkim towards the world-famous Gurudongmar Lake, one of the highest lakes in the world, situated at an altitude of approximately 17,800 ft.
- The journey itself is a spectacular experience, passing through dramatic mountain terrain, vast alpine meadows, army outposts, and breathtaking views of the snow-clad Eastern Himalayas. Upon arrival at Gurudongmar Lake, spend time admiring the crystal-clear turquoise waters, surrounded by towering peaks and pristine wilderness. Revered by both Buddhists and Sikhs, the lake is considered one of the most sacred and picturesque destinations in the Himalayas.
- Guests opting for an additional excursion may continue to Kala Patthar (subject to weather, road conditions, and permit approval).
